Currently we are pursuing Class A and B Multifamily apartment communities from lenders, financial institutions, REITs, Private sellers, and brokerage firms. We also consider luxury condominiums and bank REO/foreclosure Properties. To be considered for purchase properties need to meet the following criteria:

  • Built and complete after 1985
  • Minimum of 200 units, unless part of larger portfolio of properties
  • Class A & B Properties with little deferred maintenance
  • Located in strong, well performing markets within the following locations: Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, Midwest, and Texas
  • Portfolios are given top priority for consideration
